Here is the obligatory first post. :o) My name is wisey, and I am a recent college grad.
Like the info page says, I plan for this community to be super casual and friendly. No point system, no contest or mandatory daily posts. After joining, feel free to make any kind of post that contains relevant material! Like:
*giving advice/seeking advice for healthy recipes, eating out, specific foods and cooking techniques.
*VENT about frustrations you're experiencing! No matter if you are a long-time healthy eater/exerciser or are a beginner! Having trouble with cravings, stuck in an exercise rut, or scared about joining a gym and actually having to use the treadmill next to all those 100 pound girls?? Post about it here! You're almost guaranteed to find someone who has gone through/is going through something similar. (That is, if enough people join!)
*chat it up, and make new friends! Feel free to ask for a "health buddy," someone to become closer with to help you meet your own personal goals.
