I've always struggled with my weight, and since graduating school I've not had as much time and opportunity to go to the gym and play sports. My goal is not to drop X number of pounds - but merely to be healthy. I want my heartrate to go back down to a safe number, to not break a sweat walking a few blocks.. annd to have the confidence to break out my cute tank tops to go out in!
